Literary Devices- Sumnmarizing the main Idea of Waltzing Matilda

 

In reading Joel and I Unpacked the Literary Devices and the Language of Australia's

 most famous poem, Waltzing Matilda written by Banjo Paterson. 

In this Task Eyaka and I worked collaboratively together to Define what the Main Idea 

of the poem is about and to summarize the main idea of the text. 

This Poem is about a Swagman who wants to Apply himself for

 a Job instead he stole a Jumbuck from the billabong where 

he escaped from the troopers and sprang into the billabong which is a

 shade underneath the billabong.
